Assault on Skettis

Fly to Akeeta's Hovel (65,17) in Shadowmoon Valley. Follow the trail north. Skettis starts at 60.67, 10.44.

Here is the exact way to do it, so it doesn't take you FOREVER.

Land at Akeeta's Hovel, walk up the path and look for an NPC near the stone arch.

He is your hand-off, go fight the mobs, get the keys to free the slaves.

Fight more mobs with freed slaves, the slaves have a buff that says their "morale".

Morale becomes progress when you take slave back to the hand-off and turn them over.

Each slave has a 5 minute timer. I don't know why.

With 4 slaves and 10 mob kills I got 30% progress. It is much faster than anything else.

• Location: Take the flightpath to Akeeta’s Hovel ([npc=88584]), which can be accessed via the bridge in north-east Spires of Arak. Follow the road north to Skettis.

Obtain [item=118701] from Skettis mobs to free Arakkoa slaves. Continue to fight enemy mobs with the slaves as enemy kills buff their morale. Turn the freed Arakkoa into [npc=89063] before their 5 minute buffs runs out and you will get 1% quest completion for every 1% morale earned.

Killing more elite mobs awards higher morale and quest completion, and you can also loot artifacts and crystals for progress.

You can also get the [spell=168349] buff by killing [npc=84013] before they finish eating the fish they just grabbed.
