Yes it is, just did it like minutes ago. If you are a Belf or other race that went straight to undead starting zone to do quest, you might have to kill a extra mob or two and lvl up. Not being an undead, you don't get to finish couple of beginning quest + class quest; which leaves you couple of hundreds xp short from lvling, and not meet the required lvl for the next chain quest.

Description
While you were taking care of matters for Executor Arren, I went off on an assignment of my own. Shadow Priest Sarvis asked me to peek in on the Rotbrain camp. There's a reason why they're called Rotbrains. Their leader goes by the name of Marshal Redpath, and he's an absolute beast. Look, {name}... the attack is starting. You're better in combat than I am. Get in there and help out! When you're done, meet up with Shadow Priest Sarvis in the chapel. Good luck, {name}.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Getting there
Horde flight points closest to the quest’s turn-in marker on Deathknell:
- Forsaken High Command, Silverpine Forest
- Forsaken Rear Guard, Silverpine Forest
- Brill, Tirisfal Glades
From the turn-in, the objective areas lie:
- Objective area
- Objective area
- Objective area
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.

mental instability leads to death. Better being dead than being the slave of a ruthless master (not the LK but insanity in this case) for the forsaken
Marshal Redpath hits surprisingly hard for a level 5 NPC as of 6.0.2. I was doing this on a level 4 Lock alt and his Heroic Leap one-shotted me for ~210 dmg but if you pull him towards the Deathguards they will usually attack and pull aggro off of you long enough to kill him, if you're sorta squishy.
