1) there is rep for the CRATE quests
2) you cant only get rep ONCE a day for ONE of the three quests
3) once you have completed the drop item part of the quest, turn it in at the dirt pile
4) you will get a quest to go talk to the guy at the arena
5) he will un-cage one of the 3 bosses (crab, crane or tiger)
6) kill boss, get repI have done this every day and gotten 240 rep (human + guild bonus)
Do the crab crate!
TONS of mobs to kill.
Easy to kill.
Good drop rate.Do not do the crane quest until they up the drop rate. The feather drop rate is terrible and the cranes evade and will peck you to death. LOL
EDIT:
I have now done all 3 quests.
1) crab crate is easiest - good drop rate, TONS of easy to kill monkeys, high respawn rate
2) tiger crate is second - 50% drop rate, fair number of groups of yaks, good respawn rate, calves drop quest item too
3) crane crate is terrible - low drop rate, small groups of cranes, ANNOYING numbers of pandas, cranes evade at drop of a pin, cranes peck hard

Keep in mind that once dailies reset if you haven't turned in the quest it will delete it from your quest log and you have to pay to get the quest again. :( I was on my way back to turn it in and lost it. Spent about 10-15 minutes farming for it and then this happens......uggggh....yuck!
The quest itself does not give repution, but after completing it you can summon the animal you just caught and kill it for reputation. Just need to talk to the npc in the arena just outside you faction base.
At a glance
Beastmaster's Hunt: The Tiger is an Alliance-only quest for level 15-35. It rewards 4,800 experience and money.

Description
Along with the trap, you get some advice on tiger hunting: Tigers are gluttons, and big game is hard to come by in this jungle. If you want to tempt the elder cats out of their hiding places, you need a tempting meal. Just on the other side of the Serpent's Spine, you can find a herd of yaks. Kill them, bring their meat to the jungle's edge, set up your trap, and wait.
