Beneath the Heart of Fear

The entrance to the quest area is at 29.0, 42.4.

I received this quest as soon as I hit Revered with the Klaxxi. Kills give Black Prince rep. Turn in gives Klaxxi rep and opens three new quests.

The entrance may be found at 29.0,42.5 in the Venomous Ledge of Dread Wastes. For those without coords, that is just east of Heart of Fear - look for Dread Scarabs all over.

When you enter, there are four chambers surrounding the main room. Moving counterclockwise, you will find:

Ikkess - Sonic Boom (counter spell and silences), Sonic Blast (damage, stun), Sonic Burst (AoE damage, silence)

Ek'Vem - Venom Splash (Poison AoE, nature damage every 3 seconds), Venom Bolt (targeted attack), Venom Sting (targeted DoT)

Suruz - Tornado (interrupts - can be blinked out of), Focused strikes (melee damage), Wind Blast (damage, knock back)

Tzikzi - Insect Swarm (decreased hit chance, damage), Summon Enslaved Harvester - If you have Angel of Death Enhancement on, the Wind-Reaver will come to kill the adds.

After you have killed all four of the Adjuncts, click on the amber in the central chamber. Xaril the Poisoned Mind gives a speech, then you follow...(her? him?) it outside for turn in.

**Completed on a lvl 90 mage with no problems other than the fact that leaving a chamber will reset the Adjunct, so I had to fight Ek'Vem twice. All the Adjuncts can be polymorphed for easy setup for the fight.**
