This might be stretching it, but if you've ever dealt with the FDA regulations on human subjects research, such as giving vile potions to captured dwarfs, then you have probably encountered the real Belmont Report. Come to think of it, that doesn't apply to dorfs, maybe the Apothecary Society is on to something here...

What to do
Description
<Belmont hands you a sealed envelope.> Deliver this report to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner. It is my assessment of the situation in Silverpine based upon your and Yorick's field work. If we do not stamp out the worgen insurgents, they will overrun us. The time to act is now!
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Waiting to Exsanguinate
The Gilneas Liberation Front leader, Darius Crowley, has been meeting with another worgen inside this cottage for the past three days. I'm not sure what's going on, but we need to get inside the cottage and find a good hiding place from where we can eavesdrop. It's now or never, <race>.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Warchief's Fleet
Our reinforcements from Kalimdor arrived last night. Three orc gunships full of supplies, weapons and soldiers. Three orc gunships lost to Bloodfang's damned worgen. How could an entire orc fleet lose to a small band of enemy combatants that lack any siege weaponry?
