I found Na'Shra in the Northeast in Magnarok, Frostfire Ridge. Magnarok is north of Grimfrost Hill and northeast of The Cracking Plain. Na'Shra is on the south side of Magnarok. She is right behind a large rock right next to a pool of lava. You have to do her quest Smeltcraft. After you turn it in wait for a sec while she makes her weapon then she will have this quest (Blood Oath of Na'Shra)
Just to clarify, there is one more quest that needs to be completed before this quest to actually get her as a follower (although this is the only quest listed as being associated with Weaponsmith Na'shra) --- that quest is:
- Smeltcraft which starts and ends with [npc=74977]. Both NPCs are the same NPC, just named/numbered uniquely due to a different stage of questing.
