For alliance who are trying to get into the zone past the large blocked road:

When you reach the large unpassable wall, you'll find a hole in the front at 78.9, 56.0 (the opposite side of the boulder as the burning torch). Go forward into it, but turn LEFT rather than RIGHT. You'll find a small path that leads through the wall.

If you are an Alliance member and wonder if you can Get to Frostfire Ridge Easily.
The answer is yes.
The easiest way I found without a Flightpath there is to Head to Gorgrond, Specifically Bastion Rise at the very South. Once there head West along the path until you enter Talador, then Turn right on the Fork. There just continue North untill you Reach Frostfire Ridge. There is even a Flight Path beforr you reach Iron Siegeworks, around 86, 62

p.s. I made the journey to acquire Garrison Follower Dagg from Services of Dagg

For Alliance, to get into Frostfire Ridge for the first time - fly to Skysea Point, Gorgrond, and then use Water mount to get to around the coast to 60,13 in Frostfire, where you can then get ashore. You can then get the fight point at 51,21 (Bloodmaul Slag Mines).
