Coins of Air

Looking for the currency? It’s [currency=1416]

I've just done this quest at level 100, note neither of the two NPCs quests showed on my map. I went through a couple of camps in Azsuna pickpocketing mobs, took around 15 minutes and got 5,715 coins. Note the coins show up as looted in your log but it goes to your currency tab not inventory. I noticed this when I thought I wasn't finding many and actually had over 1000.

Make sure you focus humanoid mobs and ignore things like the swarms of murlocs as they can't be looted(the solo warrior type ones can)

I am unsure if anything has changed from Legion but stealth aggro radius is currently very generous. In one of the Naga camps I was walking up to 3-4 Naga who were facing me and was easily able to get into range to pickpocket without being detected once.

Note the time this took me was longer than it needed to be as it took me a few minutes to figure out a couple of routes and realise you don't really need to be at all careful with stealth providing you don't basically walk into mobs.

The best places I've found to pickpocket [currency=1416] :

1. If you are level 110+ and have [spell=211086], then pickpocketing in Suramar City is relatively easy, especially around Starcaller Retreat (47,81) where there are no NPC's which detect stealth and using [spell=211086] makes all enemy NPC's non combat (yellow).

2. If you are below level 110, then goto Azsuna. The Hatecoil Naga in the El'dranil Shallows area around the Narthalas Academy and the Eye of Azshara dungeon entrance give good drops of items for [currency=1416].

Tip : use Sap to incapacitate the Naga and stealth detectors, then pickpocket them.

The closest entrance to [npc=123087] and [npc=103792] is in One More Glass, next to the Horde area of Legion Dalaran.
