The Hunter's "throws his fish at you" has got to be the best "run away in fear!" message ever. And using a fish as a weapon. It must be a.. swordfish.
The Hunters/Oracles are color coded to tell them apart;
Green or Blue - Oracles
Brown or Purple - Hunters
I found the Coldlight Oracles fairly easily, but I had to use /target coldlight hunter to find the hunters. They blend in well with the scenery. The Oracles tend to be right on the ground. The hunters tend to be up a little higher. All around 46,56 to 46,66 in the pinkish area on the map.

What to do
Description
Oh yeah! I was supposed to put together a report! I'd almost forgotten! Looks like mostly harmless wildlife around here... 'cept for those blasted eels... and a few murlocs. Cap'n will be more interested in the murlocs, I think. Go engage a few of 'em in combat and see what kinda moves they got. From what I've seen, the big ones hunt for fish in the kelp, and the little ones practice some kind o' magic or another... but that's all I know.
