TheWoWDBAppears to be bugged as of 12.0.7 patch. No matter where you go near the quest marker, it does not trigger.

Quests appears broken. It triggers fine and the void thing kicks you into the air as expected but no orbs appear in the cave. Reloading didn't help.
This quest is in a spot called the Den of Predaxas, /way 47.9 78.7
Fly down into the opening on the ground, and you'll drop into a void pit that launches you back up. Float down through the void zones to collect the energy. There's also nodes you can harvest as well. You can drop down any time to the bottom of the pit to get launched back up.When you're done the quest, follow the path around the perimeter of the room to the top, but try to avoid the red blobs on the ground, they'll damage you. The path leads right back up to the surface.
