This and Disciple of Fyrakk: Shadeisethal are incredibly efficient for leveling, each rewarding ~1/3 of a level. As Suffusion Camps are a decent leveling tool to begin with, could be worth doing both camps at least once.
In my experience, I completed this quest with 10 characters during the first week and obtained the quest reward 10 times. In the following week, the other dragon also consistently offered me the quest. However, during the third week, I repeated the process with my first 6 characters and did not receive anything. I'm not sure if this is a bug or something else.
