If you're here, like I was, wondering how you can get these to buy the rest of the ensembles once you use the 4 gems you get from the renowns: You don't. Instead, the ensembles cost 9750 Resonance Crystals each once you have spent your gems.
I'm at renown 4 and can't seem to see this quest. Relogged and whatnot, still same issue.
