TheWoWDBEsinar's comment for the original version of Horrific Masquerade appears to continue to be valid. I obtained [item=174080] after clearing all areas of the Horrific Vision of Stormwind without masks. I then obtained [item=174081] by clearing only the Mage Tower area, using [item=174080]. I also killed Alleria, but this is probably not required. [item=174081] was contained in the side chest for Mage Tower.
