Edit - completing a chapter from beginning to end completed the quest.
I just turned in a quest in Stormheim and it completed the storyline "The Aftermath". Apparently that does not count as a "chapter" even though in the quest log Stormheim Story Progress changed from 1/8 chapters to 2/8 chapters. Has anyone gotten this quest to complete?
Side note - I did pick up the Infinite quest mid-chapter, so maybe it needs to be a full chapter from beginning to end or something ridiculous?
This doesn't seem to trigger on completing campaign chapters in the Broken Shore. I assume it has to be one of the main 5 zones.
