Missive: Assault on the Everbloom Wilds

Alright very straight foreward:
Kill mobs in the area with "Assault on Everbloom Wilds" in their tooltip for various percentages.
--- this will net you 1 - 4 % per mob
You can also throw rocks at the blighted birds by mousing over them in throwing range and clicking on them for 1%
Killing rare mobs in these areas will net you 20 - 25% so if you are lucky to find them, awesome.
The most efficient way I found to do this missive was to kill all the mobs near the "Iron Pyrotech" corpses at 58.37
Kill these mobs and then click on the Iron Pyrotech corpse and you will gain the ability to use a Blackrock Flame Thrower that shoots a flame in a 4-8 yard cone in front of the caster. You can use this to quickly set fire to the trees for 1% per tree set on fire.
---Note here that these do a significant amount of damage but only have 4 charges so you can get one and then pull the entire area and then use the 4 charges of the flame thrower on the mobs and AoE burn down the survivors. Keep in mind if you do this that the range is very short.

I had a weird glitch where the game wasn't showing me the progress bar. I can confirm it still gives credit so just kill stuff in the area until it says to turn in.
