TheWoWDBI personally recommend doing this quest first. I dint know about other battle groups, but mine is severely lacking in pandas. So everything else will take no time at all in comparison. Just my thoughts.
Also, I've managed to farm a total of 1430 broken bones, and have only gotten 1/500 so far.

Description
<Raza'kul hands you the bloody heart.> The ritual is complete. Your nemesis is marked for death. Now your work to rid this world of the enemy truly begins. Kill all pandaren that stand defiantly against the Horde. Let their deaths serve as a warning to the rest of the Alliance: they will leave Draenor or they will die.
