The statue has a very different sword in my game (it was either a bug or he was trying to overcompensate for something). Either way I uploaded a picture of it, hoping it'll get approved in a few days.

Can currently be completed in the Ashran Battleground through Honorable Kills of humans.

It is recommended to use the Group Finder > PvP > Ashran to locate a main PvP raid for this.
All kills from party members will count toward your progress, regardless of whether you damaged that specific target.
Additionally, when joining a raid in this way, be sure to join outside of Ashran and only enter the PvP area to queue once you are in the raid. This will ensure you are instanced with the rest of your group. Happy hunting!
