While you are there, head into the water to the west and stay against the shore (about a hundred yards). You will discover the Lost Veil Anzu, in the Spires of Arak. It is one of the most often missed areas in the achievement "Explore Spires of Arak".

This quest is relatively easy, as the staff is just south of the quest giver. Fairly straightforward, really.
Also, the name of the quest seems to be a nod to the Lord of the rings. I am referring to the Orc army known as the Uruk'Hai, of course. The name of the quest is very similar.

Description
If I had known being an enchanter was this dangerous, I would have stayed in Shattrath. Here, take this ring. The arakkoa told me to use the ring on the staff to nullify the enchantment. Bring the scepter back to him and maybe he will teach you what he promised to teach me.
