To give in quest go up the elevator → to the right → up hill → to the left → he is standing on the cliff

Step-by-step on how to locate the quest turn in if you didn't get the cutscene with the normal turn in:

• Take flight path to Sanctuary of the Mad in Revendreth (FP takes you to 30, 48)

• /way Revendreth 30, 44 Proceed to this hill then make a left as you go up the hill

• (continue to the left past the tall decrepit tower)
