This quest requires the Qiraji Spiked Hilt, which can drop from any of the later bosses in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj, as well as idols and scarabs which can either drop off trash or can be found inside Scarab Coffers.
Even though it is obtainable at any reputation level, players must reach Exalted with the Cenarion Circle before being able to complete this quest.

SkywallYou can turn this in with Warden Haro, he is no longer at the Cenarion Hold. He is now in front of the AQ10 instance at coords 59,14. The Golden question mark will show up at the Cenarion Hold, but he is actually at 59,14.
