The item reward from this is a [Turkey Caller]:

Use: Mimics a turkey mating call. (2 min cooldown)

When you use it you make a turkey mating call which attracts a Lonely Turkey that runs to you with a heart above its head but gets heartbroken when it comes to you (probably because it finds out you aren't a turkey). Though I don't know what happens if somebody uses a Turkey Shooter on you before :)

And on a different note, I think that all this quest chain counts towards the 3000 Quests Completed achievement but not the Loremaster of Kalimdor (Horde/Alliance)/Eastern Kingdoms (Horde/Alliance), at least that was the case for the only one of the quests that I checked.

Order of One-Time Quests

These are one-time only cooking quests (with yellow quest markers). Each quest requires a different cooking level, ranging from 1 to 280. The recipes are obtained from [item=46809] (H) at a vendor near the quest givers.

This guide assumes that you can cook everything. However, if you can't, these recipes will give you enough cooking levels to raise your cooking to 280 if you make each recipe 65-70 times (no turkey slaughter involved). Make sure to buy each level of Cooking (@ 50, 125, 200, 275) or you'll be wasting cooking levels! There is a [skill=185] trainer at each location if you need to learn the recipe for Spice Bread.

Pay attention to the part where it says "Prepare Slow-Roasted Turkey". That means you have to make them after you pick up the quest. Any that you have already made won't count and you can't turn them in. I had about 50 that I'd made to raise my skill, then I had to go back and kill 5 more turkeys and make 5 more roasts to be able to complete the quest.
