TheWoWDBAlright, from what I've done the chain is this: From Aerie Peak, Gryphon Master Talonaxe gives two quests that involve feeding his buddies and killing some wolves. He then sends you to Stormfeather Outpost, where you need to do the troll quest chain, cleaning up Skull Rock, Down with the Vilebranch line including killing the spider spawns. From there, Tracker Yoro in the small camp gives you the cookie quest to go to the Lodge. Hope this helps! Edit: You do still need to do two quests at the lodge about defeating the forsaken before this paticular line opens, but theyre both quick and in the

I posted this as a comment on the end of the quest chain and realize it might be good to put it here too.
I did a lot of running around trying to figure this out. I couldn't find any info on where to get it or anything. You pick the quest up at Quel'Danil Lodge. I did some chains outside of Jintha'Alor. Still couldn't pick up the starter for this. Went back to Aerie Peak and Wind Master something or another inside the building by the flight master there had a quest to go to Quel'Danil lodge. You pick up two quests there, get phased, do those quests, and then you're able to pick the starter to this up.
I'm not sure if the Wind Master dude has this quest at first or whatnot, or if there's a specific chain to unlock it, but once you get the Quel'Danil quest it leads to this. Hopes this somehow helps anyone curious even though it's kind of vague. :3
Chest was at 45, 38 inside the tent. Takes a bit to respawn if you have multiple people.

Description
Gryphon Master Talonaxe has sent me here to deal with Shadra, the Venom Queen. The conquest of Jintha'Alor isn't enough... the trolls could regroup and summon this creature later, when we're not expecting it. We'll gather the artifacts first, pull Shadra into this world on our own terms, and put our hammers to that foul creature. I'll need you to help find the artifacts, and put a hurt on the rest of the trolls while you're at it. We first need the Eye of Shadra, guarded in Agol'watha to the north.

The Vilebranch broodguards to the northeast tend the eggs of Shadra's brood. Even if we kill the Vilebranch, those eggs will still sit there, waiting to hatch and release those horrible creatures further into the wilds. We need to take care of this properly.
