Doing this quest for loremaster and the Highvale Records didnt show on my Blizzard Style Questhelper, figured Id post where it is.

Its in the Quel'Danil Lodge, as you enter the building go right and its at the end of the room, on the left.
There's no follow up quest, but go to the nearby building overlooking the lake for the next quests in the series.

Description
The Highvale have kept detailed records here for years. Deaths, births, seasons... but also vital scouting information and methods of contact with the rest of the Alliance. The documents will be scattered in the chaos. If they fall into the hands of the Forsaken, more lives could be at risk! Please, you must retrieve the documents before they are taken by the Horde...
