Behind where Sha of Doubt used to stand (now dead, thanks to you), walk up onto the terrace/ledge then look left. Click on the Lorewalker-looking scroll which is leaning against the wall. Finish quest. Accept new one. Kill the newly-spawned quest mob, Ghost of Lin Da-Gu.
IMPORTANT: don't just engage the Ghost of Lin Da-Gu. Make sure you have finished the previous quest by clicking on the scroll-looking thing, then accept the next quest to kill Ghost of Lin Da-Gu. Otherwise, you will have to repeat the instance. I.e., there are two quests: finish one by clicking on the scroll, then immediately accept the next quest to kill Ghost of Lin Da-Gu. I had to redo the instance, because I belatedly realized this.

- Normal, Heroic and Dungeon Finder (select "specific dungeon" from the drop down menu) all work
The quest turn-in is in the instance itself. Do not leave group after sha kill if you found it using dungeon finder!

Description
If you've come here to try my family's famous noodle soup, I'm afraid you're out of luck. My father passed away before he could teach me the secret ingredient. He did mention writing down the recipe for a friend of his that studied at the Temple of the Jade Serpent. Perhaps you can find it there?
