There is a small spelling mistake in the quest completion text:
"We dealt a mighty bow to the Twilight's Hammer today."
should probably read:
"We dealt a mighty blow to the Twilight's Hammer today."
That is correct. I received this quest as horde. It was in my bags when I finished the three dungeons, but not sure at what point it got there, so will have to rerun anyway.

Inside the dungeon: Hour of Twilight
With the Dragon Soul retrieved from the past, the Heroes of Azeroth now prepare for the final confrontation with Deathwing. In the frozen wastes of Northrend, the towering spire of Wyrmrest Temple is under the assault of Deathwing's Twilight forces.
