Just to note, you have to relog to get everything phased back properly, even after the cinematic you will still be in the level 1 Garrison. This is at time of posting anyway.
I'm pretty sure that Goren are a reference to Goron from Zelda. They look similiar and they have the same behavior (rolls to travel and eats rocks) http://zelda.wikia.com/wiki/Goron

Description
The abandoned mine shaft has been overrun with goren! They seem to be responding to commands from a big one further down in the mine. If you can take him out, the rest will probably retreat. Once you have those goren cleared out, we can get that mine up and working!
