Done in the new Shadow Fang Keep. Orb is dropped by last boss, the book is in the room where Lord Walden is its on the chair next to the iron gate, and essence is dropped by any ghost in the dungeon. Really easily done thanks to dungeon finder.

As a reward for your dedication, the warchief has commissioned his personal enchanter to craft a staff. The cursed Shadowfang Keep in Silverpine Forest is the only place to get the materials you'll need. Travel there and retrieve the tenebrous orb held by Lord Godfrey, the Book of Lost Souls, and the essence of the ghosts haunting the keep.
