TheWoWDBThis quest starts when you turn in [item=183848] to Forgy - you get the note in your Ember Court Tribute from Rendle and Cudgelface.
In my case I got it from them on the Ember Court in which they dinged "Best Friend" status.
No idea yet on what [item=177242] actually does in the Ember Court.
