TheWoWDBSeems like another buggy daily. I could only click on the egg sacks and one time I could free someone from the prisons. I left and came back to some other alliance working on it and clicked a few more eggs until it completed. No idea how to click the prisons all the time. It seems unintentional. Maybe others nearby were clicking on them and only I couldn't but eventually it counted.

Took a while for me to complete this. From my observations, you can only click on a suspension chamber if there are prisoners inside. I can only guess that you need wait for the prisoners to spawn and free them all successively in a short amount of time for it all to count.

@elzzipilf was correct, there was only one chamber with a prisoner for me just now. released that one and then about 30 seconds later the entire event refreshed, all chambers full. quick couple of clicks and done!
