TheWoWDBAs of 15 Dec 2019 this quest seems to be bugged. Not getting any credit for flags I click on. Dropped the quest, picked it back up, but experiencing the same issue. Submitted a bug report, but not sure if this is a me issue, or its happening to everyone. Also, in the video linked to above, it shows several areas throughout the vale where the quest gives credit, however when I picked up the quest it only displays a single area to the SW of the zone near the corner of the walls.

Description
The brazen mantid think they've already won. Even now, they fly banners along the Serpent's Spine, announcing their dominance. They must learn that Pandaria belongs to the pandaren. Burn their banners down.
