Wanna Buy a Lamp?

The chain starts with Wanna Buy a Lamp?, which is picked up from Griftah in the rogue class hall. Finish the quest chain up to Coins of Air and you can now pickpocket these coins from Legion mobs when you have [item=151131] in your bags. You'll start picking up items like [item=151146] or [item=151165] (among others), similar to WoD. Except these don't take up bag space, they're automatically converted to Coins of Air.

But wait, there's more! Continue the quest chain from Griftah until you finish High Fash-Djinn , which lets you pickpocket Coins of Air even more quickly by providing access to [item=151144].
(Warning: Do not attempt to hold more than one lamp in your bags. Doing so is hazardous to your health and will prevent the collection of any coins.)

You'll also be able to purchase items from Griftah:

- [item=151569] for 10,000 (cageable, stays stealthed)
- [item=151633] for 10,000 (cageable)
- [item=120857] for 50,000 (still purchasable for 10,000 [currency=980] , just use [item=113575] )
- [item=151877] for 50,000
- [item=138954] for 25,000 (still purchasable for 5,000 [currency=980] , just use [item=113575] )

The weekly quest I'll Take Those, Thanks! now awards 1,232 gold as of 8.3 (originally 4,999. Then 2,500. Blizz may reduce further in the future to prevent rogues from farming old/easy content for gold.)

The total cap is 2,000,000 so you won't need to worry about the cap if you're saving up to purchase all the things.

There are reports that [champion=890] can bring these back from missions because of his [mission-ability=639] .
Also possibly from [champion=681]' [mission-ability=634].

So I paid the 500 gold for the quest item.. and then the NEXT quest is other 500 gold! JUST a warning! then you complete 3-5 more quests and then you get a quest that says if you get 10,000 Coins of Air, you can get 4,999 gold... so you do earn the money back... I think its a weekly quest... hope this helps!

This confused me for a moment, as I clicked on Griftah and the quest turn-in was greyed out and didn't know why.
Then I realised I had to shop with him first and buy one, as the Lamp is in his inventory.
