Where you hear it

mmurlocaggroold.ogg is an earlier take of the murloc aggro cry that was never deleted from the game files. The 'old' label suggests it was replaced by the newer a and b recordings during development. It is longer than the current cry and has a rawer, more strangled texture. Fans of the original sound sometimes prefer it for exactly that reason. It offers a rare glimpse at how one of the game's most iconic sounds evolved.

TriggerAn older take of the murloc aggro cry, labelled 'old' in its file name.
