TheWoWDBLearning Master Mana potion does not require 575 alchemy skill as currently shown. I discovered it with less than 565.

A note for those of you who follow the WoW-Professions guide, I was not able to learn Master Mana Potion until I was at 598 skill. Don't freak out like I did looking for it in your spell book, the guide isn't correct when it says you should have it by 580.
Not sure what the level requirement is for this, but I've had it for a bit already on an Alchemist at 550 - seems possible at least that 525 may be the requirement. It's definitely not 575.
