Just a note to anyone that is leveling cooking from scratch in Pandaria. You want to make sure to cook this recipe all the way to level 65 (where it grey's out). Your next recipe, Toasted Fish Jerky, requires Golden Carp, which is not sold by a vendor. However, you should have 1 Ironpaw Token from So You Want to Be a Chef...which will allow you to buy [item=87729], and those will skill you up to 90, where [spell=124227] becomes available.
Otherwise, you will need to go fish for additional Golden Carp.
Instant noodles, made from rice?
Actually, rice noodles do exist. The main ingredients are rice flour and water. Corn starch can be added to for transparency and/or chewyness.
