TheWoWDBIn patch 5.1 the Volatile Seaforium Blastpack has been nerfed to only open locks up to 400 skill, so the Powderkeg is now the most powerful engineering lock-basher and the only one able to open [item=88567].
The mats to make it are very cheap and simple so this is a great item now it actually has a use! A lot of people are complaining that engineers can't open ghost iron lockboxes and have forgotten about this item...
