TheWoWDBFor those wondering where/how to get this recipe, I'm assuming it is discovered via Magnificence of Leather and Magnificence of Scales as it is not available from any trainer I've visited and it doesn't appear to come from any dropped pattern.
Edit: As mentioned below, it is confirmed to come from the Magnificence recipes.

Ok, so the bag is a 36 slot leatherworking bag. The pattern is confirmed on live to come from the magnificence patterns; I just did it myself. Quite useful.
Learned the recipe today from 'Magnificence of Leather / Scales' after 49 attempts...keep your hopes up, it will happen to you in the end !
