They need to bring this back at lower levels. Back in Wrath, the only thing I could do for high-level friendly players on my low-level mage was buff them, and now I wouldn't even be able to do that.

It was also fun, when questing in the low-level zones on my priest, to buff players I ran across with Power Word: Fortitude and often get buffed back, which happened with Arcane Intellect once or twice.

Why do we have to wait so long to get this as a mage now? From what I've looked at, most other classes still get their group buffs in the early level's and we have to wait until we are almost 60 to get ours.
