Not available for me from this trainer. Anyone know where it is?

Edit: Apparently only available in New Dalaran.

This item is crafted with inscription profession and it is consumable for Sonic Environment Enhancer engineering item
Sonic Environment Enhancer is similar to the [spell=181715], but can be used anywhere you want
You lose the scroll with song after you use it on the Environment Enhancer.
To change the song you need to use a new scroll.
It is pretty similar to the enchanting.
Song stops playing after teleportation, but you can always start it again. No CD

Can combine it with songs from inscription and hear the sound of selected area
Right now there is only 4 songs available for each faction. 3 universal and 1 for Orgrimmar/Stormwind

I have a really weird "bug" with this. For me this cost 1x Light Parchment and 50x Roseate Pigment. It should cost only one. I can't level my profesion cause this bug. It will cost me over 1M lol Anyone else with this bug? Here is the screenshot that show this bug for me FeelsBadMan
