The Shrine of Seven StarsAlso, for anyone confused as to how to reach "Jaluu the Generous", there is a small passage to either side of Mogu'shan Palance which you can take up to the instance entrance. Once you are by the entrance, you can take the stairs down to where Jaluu is.
And for anyone who was wondering: there are currently portals to all of the capitol cities, including shat/dal. However, none of them are click-able at the moment (at least for horde).

You can go to the top of the Shado-Pan Fallback in Kun-Lai Summit and access the top of the great wall from there. Jump off of it in to the Vale and you're there!
