I had 210% movement speed before and 220% after gaining the achievement.

Most likely the first stage in unlocking flight for BfA. The previous incarnations have involved Exploration achievements, Complete zone questline completion and Revered/Exalted of Available-at-launch Expansion Factions.

Yea, me too. I believe it's just bugged on the tooltip though since i have 220% on Kalimdor/Eastern Kingdoms and 240% on BFA zones.
