Does this scope has also 'soulbound' effect when attached like the others?
The schematic to learn how to craft [item=23765] is Bind on Pick-up and therefor has to be farmed by the Engineer that's gonna craft the scope.
The [item=23808] drops from the [npc=20207] mobs that are located around 59, 66 in the Netherstorm in Outlands.
