I, for my part am very glad to have this, while I grinded/pickpocketed the mobs for Scryers Exhalted Rep I dropped like 100+ Super Healing Potions and had like 2 16 slot bags full of them in the bank...
Thanks to this I made some very handy Injectors, which also fit in my Fel Iron Toolbox I carry around all the time for Explosives and other useful engineering stuff...
It may be because most of the engineering stuff blows, but this is actually one of few useful items.

In patch 2.3, this item does not require Engineering to use, so it will soon be a way for any player to save 3 item slots for a few gold.
