TheWoWDBToothpick's auto-attack damage is 35 on a target dummy.
The special ability "World Shaker" does around 135-184 damage and will slow enemies and their auto-attacks for 5 seconds. The tool tip says this has a 100 yard range but it only does damage in the immediately vicinity. I'd guess it has a 5-8 yard radius.
"In some situations" it will also reveal some hidden items. I had this work on the first weekly quest but I have not seen any items revealed in combat thus far - so if it does reveal stuff in normal combat, it doesn't appear to be common.Standard construct health is 58,955
As with all constructs (at the time of this writing) he cannot be used in The Maw, Torghast or pre-Shadowlands content.
