So I've got 4 items left for Fashion abom and just realized you can't do this unless you max out Shadowlands fishing. What a complete joke. Does Blizzard remember that people have alts, and alts don't usually concern themselves with maxing out fishing every expansion. Going from 1-200 takes a stupid amount of time for one simple item for an achievement. Extremely well thought out, Blizzard.
I just hit 200 fishing on a non-Necrolord character, and my alt who is Necrolord cannot see the option to craft this. So it appears it must be 200 fishing on the character who is going to craft.
