the proc rate is about the same as Rage of the Unraveller. the avarage is around 4 procs per raid boss. on my wws report i had these results:
4 procs on Rage Winterchill
3 procs on Anetheron
4 procs on Kaz'rogal
4 procs on Azgaloralso i heard that it has a hidden CD of 40 secs.
the buff is called Skyfire Swiftness and gives you 240 haste.
