Scrapbot Construction Kit

Don't know why this information was so hard to find for me this time. If you're leveling engineering, like I was, do this:
-Go to 37,44 in Storm Peaks (make sure to take 5 overcharged capacitors and 4 Handfuls of Cobalt bolts)
-Kill the library guardians outside of the door for the item that begins the quest
-Go inside and turn it in to SCRAP-E
-Get the follow up and click on the console
-Get the scrap bot kit!

My Scrapbot Construction Kit saved my life :)

One day in the Gundrak instance, on the last boss, my bow turned red, rendering it completely useless. Mid-combat, I whipped out my handy scrapbot, repaired my bow, and continued the fight. :D

Is it just me, or does the Scrapbot Construction Kit not need a blacksmith hammer or a Gyromatic Micro-Adjuster, but still needs an anvil? What will you use to shape the metal, your hands?
