TheWoWDBWhen you haven't maxed out engineering before the release of wotlk, you should wait until release.
This recipe is very cheap and will get you easily to 375.
Don't waste your time / money on leveling now (12/10/2008) to max engineering unless you are bored.

WotLK version bombs and bullets no longer need those stupid blasting powders...
For that, solely, is a great boost...
In 3.2 these will get a short cast time (still usable while running) and an incapacitation effect. The recipe to make it will now create 3 bombs and a new belt enchant is added which will allow an engineer to either create or use a bomb every 10 minutes (this is still unclear).
