TheWoWDBThe Mail boots follow the same random enchantment pattern as the leather bracers, however they have different numbers: 198 'first stat ' 132 'second stat' 88 third and fourth' . Also, I believe they are craftable at 455, and as of 460 they go yellow. Of the 3 that I made in this run, I got : Undertow, Windstorm, and Wavecrest.
Undertow - 198 stamina , 132 intellect, 88 haste, and 88 spirit
Windstorm - 198 stamina 132 agility 88 crit and 88 mastery
Wavecrest - 198 stamina, 132 intellect, 88 mastery, and 88 spiritSame Mats as the bracers, however they have higher overall stats. I kinda wonder if the reason behind this is due to bear tanking.
