How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.

What it does

Bloodletting is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards, a 2 min cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
