How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.

  1. Effect 1 is Quest Complete (effect type 16).

What it does

Collecting is a spell with a 3 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it has a Quest Complete effect.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
